Jonathan lives in the western suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and daughter. He attended Saint Joseph’s University and is a Partner at KPMG LLP in their financial services practice and holds a CPA in both Pennsylvania and New York. He has a passion for coaching and education and sits on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee at KPMG.
Damon Aviles

Damon was in the foster care system from ages 14-21. He’s currently in school for environmental science but also has a passion for helping those who were or are in the same situation he’s in.
Ahmier Wragg

Ahmier was in the foster care system from ages 9-17. He has a deep passion for musical arts and public speaking. He has dreams and aspirations that he can make a difference in the world one day.
Dave Rivell
Board Member
Dave lives in Chester County with his wife and three children. He is a partner in both an Insurance Agency and Real Estate Agency and is an active member in his church and community.
His passion for connection, collaboration and seeing potential and possibilities in things others don’t is a huge asset to Well Rooted.
